Our current standard consultation fee is $270 per appointment for both of our Clinical Psychologists.NDIS: NDIS-funded appointments are charged at the applicable NDIS rate, currently $252.99, in accordance with the relevant item codes and funding arrangements.Medicare: Eligible clients may claim a Medicare rebate for applicable Clinical Psychology item numbers following payment of the appointment fee. The rebate amount is a minimum of $149.05, but may differ depending on your individual circumstances and Medicare eligibility.Private Health: Private health insurance may be used where your policy includes psychology cover. Rebates and coverage vary between individual health insurance plans, so we recommend checking with your provider before your appointment.DVA & Workers Compensation: Fees and billing arrangements for DVA and Workers Compensation clients are subject to the relevant funding arrangements and individual agreements.If you have questions about fees, rebates or your funding arrangements, our team is happy to assist.Please note that fees are subject to review.
Yes. We offer a limited number of bulk-billed appointments for eligible clients, subject to availability and eligibility criteria.If you are seeking a bulk-billed appointment, please contact our friendly team to discuss your circumstances and current availability. We are also currently accepting new referrals without a waitlist, including gap-paying appointments.

We have appointments available for new clients across a range of days and times, including gap-paying appointments and a limited number of bulk-billed appointments for eligible clients.Our friendly team can help match you with a psychologist based on your needs, preferences and availability. Yes. Subject to clinical review and availability, our Clinical Psychologist, Tom Watts, offers accessible after-hours appointments, generally at 8:00am or 5:00pm.Our other Clinical Psychologist, Yianni Sianis, is available Thursday and Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, and does not currently offer after-hours appointments.Please contact our team to discuss your preferred appointment time and which psychologist may be the best fit for your needs.
