More About Natalia
Natalia is a qualified, ACA-registered counsellor and therapeutic mentor who is passionate about helping people discover what works best for them. She supports adults, teens, and children using a warm, down-to-earth approach that blends counselling with practical life skill development, including emotional regulation, independence, and organisation.
Her background includes experience in residential youth care and one-on-one support roles, and she continues to build her skills under the supervision of a clinical psychologist. Natalia has additional training in supporting people with ASD and ADHD and is committed to ongoing learning, particularly in her work with children.
Outside of work, Natalia is an outdoorsy, animal-loving, game-night enthusiast who believes that healing doesn’t have to be boring and support should never be one-size-fits-all. She enjoys working closely with parents, teachers, and other professionals to help her clients thrive.
